One estate, six markets. A brand is not one storefront. Lancôme runs in all six, each with its own catalogue, its own promotions, and its own release calendar. Shared framework work lands across every one of them at once, which is the argument for getting the architecture right and the reason a regression is never in a single place.

02Selected work

Products I have shipped.

03What I do

Two practices,
one discipline.

Enterprise commerce by day; shipped, paid-for products the rest of the time. Neither would be as good without the other.

01The day job

I architect Salesforce B2C Commerce.

SFRA and cartridge architecture, Business Manager, the job framework, and the parts of a storefront that only become visible when they break: checkout, payments, and performance under load.

At Publicis Sapient I have worked across an estate of 66 storefronts for a global beauty group: 33 brands across the US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina, worked from Gurgaon, Montreal, and New York. Certified at architect level on the platform (Arch-303), which very few engineers working in it are.

02The other half

I also build and sell my own software.

Five products live, two of them earning revenue, plus one in the works. That side covers everything a delivery role does not: backend architecture, third-party integration, multi-model AI orchestration, subscription billing, and app-store releases.

Owned end to end, with nobody to escalate to at 2am.

03The overlap

Owning a product changes how you architect one.

On a delivery team, an unreliable notification is a defect ticket. On my own products it is a refund, a one-star review, and an email I have to answer myself. AniCue's retry queue and dead-letter table exist because of the second version of that sentence, not the first.

The enterprise side supplies the scale: 66 storefronts, six markets, real money moving through checkout. The products supply the consequences. Most people in this field have one or the other.
